"I've been working w/ Rachel since 2015. She's been my realtor both buying or selling in SWFL. I've referred her to family and friends and everyone, including myself, have been extremely happy with the experience. She's friendly, professional, knowledgeable, communicates well and she gets things done. She's gone above and beyond my expectations many times. For example, when I purchased my first home on Ft. Myers Beach, she proactively contacted a local pool company for estimates on a pool install and provided that to me. I didn't ask her to do that, we had only discussed the possibility of putting a pool in. It was very helpful in my decision making. I highly recommend her."

"What an outstanding agent. Rachel knows the local market very well and was very helpful in establishing a listing price and property features. Rachel has many awards and is an accomplished agent. She knows the process and employs it in every instance in our opinion. Rachel is the most responsive agent with whom I have ever dealt.
